Many would immediately think “why I need to read such things my life is as great as it can be” but a better life of peace and harmony is much different from what we think. Money can be earned by anyone and at anytime, but health is like a one time package that comes only with birth if you hamper it or lose it nobody’s goanna replace it. There are three things that have major impact on your health food, exercise and mind, if you can have a good balance on all three of them surely a better life is ensured.
Food really is the medicine to the whole body and nothing else can replace it, without food we will just end up like a car that has ran out of fuel on highway, and equally exercise is indispensable, though we don’t feel much of the effects of non exercising now, without a proper exercise routine you just open up the gates to let in all the diseases in the world, but most of all the one thing that plays the most important role is your mind, it controls everything from what you eat to what you believe, it defines your attitude and the way you wish to live, and keeping it healthy is where everything lies, there are no exercises to it, but you sure can make it think positively, leave off all your tensions, anger and discouraging thoughts, try to make the best of any situation and try to be positive even at the most critical times, sure enough you will not only survive any situation but will feel strong enough to face another one. Always keep in mind a great life is only measured by how well you lived and not how much you earned, so give health your top most priority and begin any work.
